The genus Leucophlebia Westwood, 1847 is divided into the following new subgenera: Leucophlebia, Indiaphlebia subgen. nov., Thaiphlebia subgen. nov., and Afrophlebia subgen. nov. Seven new species and one new subspecies are described: L. caecilie spec. nov., L. hogenesi spec, nov., L. muehlei spec. nov., L. paul spec. nov., L. pinratanai spec. nov., L. schachti spec. nov., L. vietnamensis spec. nov., and L. formosana chinaensis subspec. nov. Nomenclatural changes are: L. edentata Rothschild & Jordan, 1916 stat. nov., L. formosana Clark, 1936 stat. rev. et stat. nov., L. luxeri Boisduval, [1875] stat. rev., L. rosacea Butler, 1875 stat. rev. and L. xanthopis Hampson, 1910 stat. rev. As far as known, information are given for distribution and phenology of each taxon.
